To register on qulec.com, simply follow the steps below.

Click on ‘Lock icon’ next to the Search icon. As a first time user, you will need to Sign Up.

You can Sign-up/Login by entering your:
Username
Email ID
Password

Unfortunately, your Email ID once registered cannot be changed. However, you can create a new account with your new or Email ID.

Yes, you can change your shipping address under :

Orders FAQs

Yes, you can order multiple products at once. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

As soon as you place an order:

You will be redirected to the order confirmation page on our website.

You will also receive an Order Confirmation email on your registered e-mail address with the details of your order.

You can order multiple units of a single item if stock is available as per your requirement.

The time taken for delivery depends on the mode of delivery selected during checkout. The general timelines are as follows:

Standard Delivery – 10 to 15 working days from the order shipment date.

Downloadable products instantly delivered.

Address changes are not allowed once the order is placed.

You can track your order by clicking the page “track order“.

In case you fail to receive an order, feel free to connect with our Customer Support team.

Usually, our logistics partners need up to 24 hours to activate the tracking code for an order once dispatched from Qulec. We request you to kindly check the live tracking in some time. You can track the status of your order on “Track Order”.

Our delivery partners would never ask you to pay anything besides the invoice value, however, if such things occur, we request that you raise a complaint with us immediately. We will investigate the matter.

Shipping FAQs

We offer FREE  SHIPPING services for all our products.

No, we can’t offer our services globally.

All products will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Yes, you can cancel your order unless it is already delivered to you.

You can cancel your order in my order section.

If you want return then you can contact us.

All the payment reversals or refunds will be completed as per our Cancellations policy. The amount to be refunded will be processed to the original mode of payment used online.
